FAQ – Your Questions Answered 

Welcome to the FAQ! Grab a cuppa, and let’s get into the nitty-gritty about Yarn Rebels products, shipping, returns, and everything in between. I’m here to clear things up so you can get back to your crafting.

1. What’s Yarn Rebels all about?
Well, it’s about you and all things yarn! We’re here to bring joy, wit, and a bit of cheekiness to your crafting life. With unique designs inspired by crochet, knitting, and a pinch of magic, this is your place for tees, mugs, wall art, and more that celebrate your love for fibre arts and the crafty lifestyle. If you’ve ever thought, “I need that!”—you’re in the right place!

2. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we do! Currently shipping is UK, parts of Europe and the USA but I will be adding more shipping zones soon. Find out more about shipping here. 

3. What’s your return policy?
As everything is printed to order, I don't offer returns or refunds. That said, if an item is faulty let’s chat first so we can see how best to help. Our full return policy can be found here but in short, if it’s a quality issue or something unexpected, we’ll do what it takes to make it right or give you you money back.

4. Can I personalise my item?
Currently, everything is pre-designed by yours truly, and while they’re not personalised, I make each design with lots of love and attention to detail. That said, if you’ve got a great idea, drop me a message, and let’s see if it sparks something for future designs!

5. How long will my order take to arrive?
As I ship worldwide, this varies. I always allow 5 days for receipt of order and printing process before the item is shipped. In the UK, once dispatched, it should be with you within 5-7 days max. Most likely sooner, but I like to err on the said of caution and not make promises I can't keep. You can see full shipping details here 

6. Is everything sustainably sourced?
Yes, indeed! Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword here—it’s a priority. All our products are ethically made with materials that are kinder to the environment - this includes the packaging, so you can craft (or drink your tea) with a clear conscience. I’ve got a dedicated page on this if you’re keen to know more.

7. What’s the deal with sizing on t-shirts?
My tees are made with a ‘retail fit,’ which means they’re neither too loose nor too tight—just right. You can check the sizing guide here. 

8. Are there care instructions for my items?
Yes! To keep your Yarn Rebels gear looking fab, follow these tips:

  • Mugs: Hand-wash or gentle cycle, especially for designs with bold colours.
  • Tees: Wash inside out at 30 degrees, hang dry to keep that print looking fresh and don't put an iron on that beautiful print.
  • Wall Art Prints: Avoid direct sunlight for maximum colour brilliance over time.

9. Can I gift a Yarn Rebels item?
Of course! These make brilliant gifts for crocheters or anyone who’s as obsessed with yarn as we are. Just add the recipients address at checkout if it’s going to someone else. (And if you’re secretly just buying for yourself… no judgement here!)
